Es gibt eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kochfeld, Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine sowie einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche. Fön, Handtücher und Bettzeug sind vorhanden. Ein schöner Balkon gehört auch zur Wohnung.
Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich.

There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hob, kettle and a coffee machine and a small table with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower. Hairdryer, towels and bedding are provided. A nice balcony is also for you to enjoy.
A TV and free WiFi are also available.
On request a weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is available for € 66,00 per week
The building is situated in the Pantaleon Neighborhood, quiet but right in the center of Cologne. The perfect starting point to explore all of the city. In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you could ask for, supermarkets of all kind, from standard to exotic, traditional breweries, trendy bars and restaurants and even the oldest Jazz club of Cologne The central location of the apartment is ideal for students, new residents and professionals.
The cathedral and main train station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) are only ten minutes away by subway. At the station Barbarossaplatz (200 meters) you will find the subway lines 12, 15, 16 and 18 that go in all directions.
