Sub-tenant wanted for a fully equipped, bright, 2-room apartment (56sqm), with stucco in a central and quiet location in Stuttgart (Bad Cannstatt). As some of the furniture and the natural wooden floor are very nice, we are looking for a respectful, clean and responsible sub-tenant :) Non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is on the first floor of a multi-party house. The apartment is in a very quiet street and the parking situation can be described as very good by Stuttgart standards. The nearby Kurpark and Neckar River invites you to go for a walk and do sports.
The apartment is extensively equipped and you will find everything you need. Due to the beautiful cut, the high stucco ceilings, bright parquet floors and very large windows, you have pleasantly light-flooded rooms throughout the apartment. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Mehrparteien Hauses. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße und die Parkplatzsituation kann für Stuttgarter Verhältnisse als seht gut bezeichnet werden. Der Kurpark lädt zum Sport machen und Spazieren ein und ist nicht weit.
