Brightly lit studio nested between Avenue de l'Opera and the Musee du Louvres, near tons of restaurants, Galeries Lafayette, walking distance to Louvres, Concorde, Opera, Chanel, Tuileries, Place Vendome.
This street is famous in Paris for Asian cuisine, and international edgy offering.
There are 5 different metro stations in walking distance, Opera, Pyramides, Louvre Rivoli, Bourse and Quatre Septembre, so you can be pretty much anywhere in Paris within 20mn, or even by foot in Central Paris.
Montorgueil Neighboorhood at 10mn walk is one of the Best in Paris. It is very well known for its restaurants and trendy cafes, heated terrasses, high quality food shops, luxury clothes shops, food and flowers markets, and peaceful pedestrian streets.
The Appartment.
This is a studio flat, with a separate kitchen, separate recently renovated bathroom and separate WC so it gives the feeling of more space. The windows are large, with a French balcony that comes handy in the sometimes balmy summer nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookingware, plates, glasses, cutlery, microwave/oven, kettle and stove. There is a laundry washer/dryer in the bathroom.
The flat is in a classic Paris building, on the 1st floor. Although the restaurants can be noisy, they are obliged to close at 23h so the nights remain calm.
The building is managed by a reputable agency, so any issues are quickly resolved. There is an elevator in case you have to move heavy suitcases, boxes, etc
Access to the flat is managed by code and a magnetic tag. There is a concierge that takes care of cleanin(hidden), bins, etc.
The rent.
The rent includes:
- rental itself
- building costs (bins, maintenance, etc)
- internet access
I will charge on top the electricity (based on your consumption) - I take a provision of 100€ and reimburse excess if any.
You will have to take your own content insurance to cover your properties, but the appartment itself is covered by my insurance (water damages, etc).

- Proof of revenues / income of the person paying the rent (recent paycheck, bank guarantee, bank statements, etc)
