You’re in a contemporary flat with one bedroom, located on the 1st floor of a refined ‘casa di ringhiera’ (with elevator), typical Milanese house from the early 1900s characterised by a series of apartments placed side by side along a shared balcony. The flat is within walking distance of Loreto metro station (red and green line, M1, and M2). In addition, the city center is at hand, as well as the thriving Corso Buenos Aires, the beating heart of Milan’s shopping full of boutiques, restaurants, and shops of the m(hidden)rands. The neighborhood also includes a vast array of restaurants and pizzerias; a supermarket is at 20 meters, moments from the flat.
Kitchen and living room
Guests are welcomed into the living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen provided with everything you need during your stays, such as dishwasher, fridge and freezer, state-of-the-art cooktop and microwave, plus plenty of cutlery and crockery.
Once stepped inside, you’ll notice the shining parquet (everywhere but in the kitchen and the bathroom). The air-conditioned living room is also complete with a table and a TV set.
Since the apartment overlooks the internal courtyard, it’ll have a decidedly calming effect and help you relax.
Bedroom and bathroom
The hallway has doors off to the living room and bedroom. The utility room is on the right and includes washing machine, drying rack, and cleaning products.
The bedroom is provided with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a capacious closet. It also comes with air conditioning and plenty of lights, including the spotlights above the bed and a nice lamp on the nightstand. The room neutral base is punctuated by the rich floral frieze on the top of the bed.
The bathroom has a shower stall made of glass and steel and a heated towel rail.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).
Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.
Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.

Ci troviamo in zona Loreto vicino alla fermata della metropolitana M1/M2 (linea rossa e verde) con cui si può raggiungere il centro storico di Milano in pochi minuti. A pochi passi dalla casa c'è Corso Buenos Aires, una delle vie dello shopping più importanti di Milano, in cui trovare tanti ristoranti, boutique e negozi di abbigliamento. Nei dintorni del bilocale sono presenti diversi ristoranti, pizzerie, bar e un supermercato, a soli 50 metri dall'edificio.
Cucina e soggiorno
L'appartamento, al primo piano con ascensore, si apre sul soggiorno con cucina a vista. In tutta la casa, la pavimentazione è in parquet, tranne nello spazio che circoscrive la cucina e in bagno. Sulla sinistra è presente la zona relax composta da un comodo divano letto, un tavolo da pranzo, un televisione e il condizionatore. L'affaccio sul cortile interno dell'edificio rende l'ambiente silenzioso.
La cucina è moderna, accessoriata di tutto (piatti, pentole, stoviglie) e dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari: frigorifero, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane e bollitore.
Camera da letto e bagno
Dal soggiorno un piccolo disimpegno conduce alla zona notte. Sulla destra è presente un piccolo sgabuzzino, al cui interno sono presenti la lavatrice e i prodotti per la pulizia della casa. La camera da letto è un ambiente caldo, grazie al parquet che riveste tutto il pavimento, interrotto dalle note floreali della parete dietro il letto. All'interno troverete una cassettiera e un armadio.
Il bagno, cieco, è dotato di un box doccia e di una parte in vetro cemento che garantisce maggiore luminosità al locale.
