The bedroom, spacious and bright, has a double bed, two bedside tables with abat-jour and a large wardrobe; the walls in soft shades, moreover, contribute to confer great calmness to the environment. The bathroom, finally, is equipped with all the necessary toilets, large box shower and washing machine.
The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator).

Amounts excluded from the price:
- Agency fees: before check-in an additional amount equal to 12% of the total rental is required (VAT excluded).
- Contract registration fees. During check-in a medium term tenancy agreement will be stipulated, the contract will be properly registered. To register the contract is required the payment of a stamp duty (equal to € 16) and a registration tax (equal to 1% of the rent with a minimum of € 33.5). There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (cedolare secca).
Security deposit
We remind you that before your arrival day will be required a security deposit, equal to one month rent; it will be returned after check out by the owner.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy.
