The flat is ideal for 4 people, M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an independent, complete bathroom with bathtub, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have: - Two individual beds. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with four seats and flat screen TV. There is a gas heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month. Neigborhood Atocha neighborhood, located in Arganzuela district, is located in the South of the capital. Limited by Emperador Carlos V square, Paz Avenue, Méndez Alvaro street & the train tracks. Much of the neighborhood is occupied by the famous Puerta de Atocha station and its surrounding roads. The two main spots of this area are Puerta de Atocha train station, from which high-speed trains depart, and the South bus station. Within and in the surroundings of both stations, there is a wide variety of shopping areas, bars and restaurants.
