You will be just up the street from Slottskogen on one side, and all the bars and restaurants of Järntorget on the other side–the perfect location.
The front door opens into a generously sized entrance with plenty of closet space and shelving. From there double doors open into a spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The main bedroom could also be used as a dining room, entertainment room or study as it has double doors opening into the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and wine fridge. The bathroom, which is off of the second bedroom, has a washing machine. You will also have access to a laundry room in the main building which has two washers, a dryer and a dryer room.
The flat is partially furnished as is, but can be discussed/modified if you’d like to bring your own furniture rather. In the living room there is a sofa, area rug, a dining table with two chairs and a small ottoman. In the second bedroom there is a daybed (an 80cm bed which opens up into a 160cm bed) and an armchair. In the kitchen there are two bar chairs.
