This modern flat (200 sqm) is internally arranged on two levels. As soon as you enter the flat you are greeted by the bright living area, which overlooks the dome of the Duomo of Florence. On your right is the well-equipped kitchen and from here, in a separate utility room, you will find the washing machine which is also a tumble dryer. The living room you find as you enter the house is also a dining room with a table for 8 people. From this level you can climb 12 steps of a staircase to the upper floor where there is another small living room with roof windows and two sofas. Here is also the first double bedroom (mattress width 160 cm - beds cannot be divided). This room is not separated by doors or walls and overlooks the living room on the upper level. Returning to the living room on the lower level, it is possible to access another living room through an archway where the flat-screen TV is located.
