Look forward to moving into this micro flat on the 1st floor of a well-kept apartment building in Essen Werden. Smartly divided 32 sqm await you: The living/bedroom is equipped with a sofa, working/dining table and spacious sleeping area, flatscreen TV and a small pretty sunny balcony round it off.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, modern hob and oven, extractor bonnet and, of course, coffee maker and kettle, and has everything you would expect in a holiday flat, from a salad strainer to a garlic press. The bathroom is a shower bath and is equipped with exhaust air. Bed linen and towels are provided. The entrance area is very efficiently equipped with a built-in wardrobe, which also contains an ironing station, hoover and cleaning utensils.
On the ground floor there are communal washing machines and dryers, which are at your disposal by means of a coin-operated machine. Your bicycle will also find a suitable parking space there.
The rent
The rent of 925 Euros is an all-inclusive rent including all additional costs: heating costs, electricity, high-speed internet, cable TV, caretaker, winter service, stair cleaning. (The monthly rent refers to the rental for one person. One additional person will be charged with 50 Euro / month).

Werden is a southern district of the city of Essen, characterised by the historic old town, attractive retail trade, the flair of music and drama of the renowned Folkwang University and Lake Baldeney with a variety of sports facilities. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to Werden's old town, and a bus station, 1 minute away from the house, takes you to Essen's city centre. At the Essen-Werden S-Bahn station, west of the Ruhr, the S 6 line stops with connections to all directions in the Ruhr area.
The EVAG bus lines 169, 180 and 190 connect Essen-Werden with Essen-Bredeney, Essen-Kettwig, Essen-Burgaltendorf (via Essen-Kupferdreh), Velbert and Heiligenhaus. The SB19 express bus of Busverkehr Rheinland connects Werden (Werdener Markt and Am Schwarzen stops) with Essen HBf and Velbert (Postamt stop). At night, the NE8 connects Essen with Velbert via Werden.
The parking facilities in the street itself and the adjacent Kellerstraße are extremely good.
