Die Dortmunder Thier-Galerie befindet sich direkt um die Ecke, die Wohnung ist ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Dortmunder Opernhaus, Rathaus und der U-Bahnstation Stadtgarten entfernt. Der Westhellenweg, die Haupteinkaufsstraße Dortmunds, ist in knapp 4 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 1,5km.
