Sie ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um zeitweise in Berlin zu leben oder neu in der Stadt anzukommen.
Unsere Immobilie ist perfekt für geschäftliche/berufliche Aufenthalte, Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern geeignet.
Diese Wohnung ist ganz frisch und vollständig im August 2023 neu möbliert und komplett mit Highspeed-WLAN ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines sehr stilvollen und gepflegten Altbaus. Durch die hohen Decken und Fenster ist der Lichteinfall sehr schön und die Räume hell. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich ein Flur mit u.a. einen großen Spiegel und einem Schuhschrank. Diese Wohnung beinhaltet zudem eine voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Spülmaschine und einem Wäschetrockner. Eine Hebelanlage ist in der Küche unter dem Boden installiert. Ein gemütliches, geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit großer Sofagarnitur, einem Arbeitstisch und Schrank, welcher ebenfalls für Kleidung genutzt werden kann, ein Wohn/-Esszimmer mit Sofa inkl. Schlaffunktion. Zur Lage
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe von der Berkaer Straße und dem Heidelberger Platz und ist sehr gut angebunden.
Zu Fuß in ca. 2 Minuten ist die Bushaltestelle mit den Buslinien: 186/249/110, Zopotterstaße zu erreichen und in ca. 5 in Minuten mit dem Bus der U-und S-Bhf Heidelbergerplatz. Dort fährt die Ringbahn und die U-Bahnlinie 3 und damit ist eine nahtlose Anbindung an ganz Berlin gegeben.
Der Kurfürstendamm ist mit dem Bus gut und schnell erreichbar. Mit dem Auto sind es zwei Minuten bis zur Stadtautobahn, zum KaDeWe ca. 12 Minuten und zum ICC Messegelände, Kongresszentrum ca. 7 Minuten. Der Flughafen BER ist in mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ebenfalls fußläufig in weniger als 3 Gehminuten befindet sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt mit Textilpflege/Reinigung, Kiosk und verschiedene Einzelhandelsgeschäfte, wie Bäckereien (Bio Backhaus), Drogerien, Frisörsalon, Feinkostgeschäfte oder Obst- und Gemüsehändler befinden sich ebenfalls gut erreichbar in wenigen Gehminuten.

Our fully furnished, stylish ans beautiful 3 room apartment with 78 sqm is located in a quiet side street in Schmargendorf, a part of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district.
It is the ideal starting point for living in Berlin temporarily or for arriving in the city for the first time.
Our property is perfect for business/professional stays, couples or families of 3 to 4 people max.
This apartment is brand new completely refurnished in August 2023 and fully equipped with high-speed WiFi.
The apartment is located in (hidden)ment of a very stylish and well-kept old building. Due to the high ceilings and windows, the incidence of light is very nice and the rooms are bright. In the entrance area there is a hallway with, among other things, a large mirror and a shoe cabinet. This apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a tumble dryer. A lifting system is installed in the kitchen under the floor. A comfortable, spacious living room with a large sofa set, a work table and cupboard, which can also be used for clothes, a living/dining room with a sofa including a sleeping function. This room can be set up as a second bedroom/children's room or as an office.
There is also a box spring double bed in the stylish bedroom, with a set of bed linen and sheets and a large, spacious wardrobe. The apartment also has a bright bathroom with a bathtub and shower function and a washing machine.
Internet WLAN with 100 Mbit is available.
There are bicycle parking spaces in the inner courtyard. The garden is also in the courtyard, it is community property and can be used.
