Please note. For rent periods shorter than 2 months the rent price will be 1.500 euros a month. The apartment is in the trendy neighborhood of Poble Sec, next to Montjuic, so it is very central, but quiet and with green areas. Parallel Metro. The best thing about the apartment is the light and the views it has. On the one side it is open to a glass gallery that looks to the Tibidabo and, on the other side, to a pleasant terrace. Its a 6th. floor WITHOUT elevator, but sitting on the terrace to sunbathe or the breeze more than compensates. The two bedrooms have a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. The living-dining room is very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is small, but through the window you can see the whole city. IMPORTANT. Only Barcelona families live in the house. Everyone knows each other and is very kind, the peace of the house must be respected.

-Deposit: 3000 euro (Paid one time)

In principle all costs (internet, cleaning of staircase, insurance, rubbish, municipal taxes) are included.
