The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with a single bed. The rooms have a practical desk ideal for working or studying and share a full bathroom with bathtub.
The favorite space of the apartment is undoubtedly the 20m2 terrace where you can enjoy a meal or a drink with friends and relax during the sunny days that the city offers.

The apartment is located in Carrer de Berga. At 6 minutes walking distance we find Gràcia station which is very well connected with subway and train lines (L6/L7/S7/S1/S2/S5/S6); and at 2 minutes from Plaza del Sol, the main square of the neighborhood where people gather in bars, restaurants and stores around the famous 19th century Clock Tower.
The nearest subway station is "Fontana" (L3) 3 minutes from the apartment.
