The detail of the fireplace, the lighting and the color palette used, only shows the care with which it has been decorated, obtaining an elegant and cozy atmosphere at the same time.This avant-garde space has 3 large windows that allow the entry of natural light, and also serve as access to the terrace overlooking Paseo de Gracia, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning while enjoying the privileged view of the imposing Casa Batlló.
The modern and sophisticated kitchen is independent, with a central bar that serves as a space for quick meals. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and even has a heated wine cellar. Next to the kitchen, you will find a modern guest toilet.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious and very comfortable, en-suite and has a full bathroom with shower; it also has a desk and dressing area. The second bedroom is bright, as it has direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom is also a suite, but in this case, it has a luxurious bathtub, perfect for relaxing during the day; it also has a balcony and a desk.
A fourth room equipped as an office, is the ideal place to study or work at home.
The building has a doorman. The apartment has laundry area and is equipped with alarm, air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi,.
