This beautiful and spacious apartment is very bright on one of the city's most central streets: Enrique Granados.
As you enter, you will find a long hallway that will lead you to the living room. This apartment area is perfect, not only for its excellent decoration but also for its spectacular distribution. It has great space for reading or "meeting'', large windows with access to a beautiful sunny terrace.
The kitchen is American style, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.
The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other one has a trundle bed. The bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and wifi.
Its location is excellent. Surrounded by all kinds of stores, all kinds of metro and bus stops, and steps from the University of Barcelona.
