The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook at home, such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and the infallible duo to have the best breakfast in the morning: toaster and coffee maker.
The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a closet and a cozy terrace; the second bedroom also has a closet and desk for work or academic activities, as you prefer. The bedrooms share 1 full bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.
The apartment has a safe and is equipped with gas heating, air conditioning and high speed wifi.

The location couldn't be better. In Naples street, in the central and quiet neighborhood of Gracia; surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.

Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. In addition, Gaudí Avenue breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a series of avant-garde bars and cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of this tremendous work.
As if that were not enough, the Paseo Sant Joan, 4 minutes from the apartment, is a beautiful road that invites you to go for walks, sports or outdoor activities. All along the way you will find a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this green promenade, which ends at the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella.
The nearest station is located 5 minutes from the apartment, "Joanic" (L4). Diagonal Avenue is 10 minutes away, where you will also find bus stops.
