The bedroom, which has a double bed, is very bright, you can go out and enjoy the sunny days on the nice balcony overlooking Carrer de Provença. A second bedroom equipped as a study area* is the ideal space to work or study from home. It also has a dressing room where you can store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.

The location could not be better. In Provença street, in the central and quiet neighborhood of Eixample; surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The apartment is located a few steps from the Sagrada Familia, a monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudí. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. In addition, Gaudí Avenue, which is located next to the floor, breaks diagonally with the urban grid, and has a series of bars and avant-garde cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of this tremendous work.
The nearest station is located 5 minutes from the apartment, "Sagrada Familia" (L2/L5). Diagonal Avenue is 9 minutes away, and 12 minutes away is the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas where you will find the iconic Agbar Tower, the Barcelona Design Museum and the Glories shopping center.
