Master bedroom has a double bed, ideal for a couple or the parents. Other two bedrooms have individual beds. All three bedrooms are interior, making them much more comfortable for sleeping.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you need for your stay (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, stove and oven). Food lovers will enjoy this cozy space to prepare delicious meals.

The spacious living room has direct sunlight in the afternoon and it connects to a small balcony from which you see the Placa del poeta Bosca and the Mercat de Barcelona. Looking down the street you can even see the outline of the see. It is equipped with air conditioning and TV to enjoy the lazy afternoons. It has a big table, ideal for dining with friends or family.
In front of the building, there is Mercat de Barcelona where you can buy all the necessary ingredients for cooking and eating. If you don't like cooking on your own, on the Square of Poet Bosca you will find several delicious restaurants. Within 200m you will find several supermarkets, shoe store, book store, library, bank, rent-a-bike and many other things that enhance the way of living. It is also few steps away from paseo Borbon where you can find different stores and restaurants. It is one of the most famous streets in Barceloneta.

For the stay of 2- 3 months: 40% of 1 monthly rent
For the stay of 4-5 months: 70% of 1 monthly rent
For the stay of 6 -11 months: 1-month's rent
For extra cleaning during the stay is important to notify the minimum one day in advance.
The price of the final cleaning is not included in the price of the rent, and it is 100€.
