we have a nice and cosy room for international exchange students or permanent guests :-) for rent.
it comes with all furniture you need, including linens and towels, so just bring your laptop and you are ready to go.
In case you dont need it, we find a solution.
the appartment is located at the 4th floor (sorry, no elevator), your room has more than 23 m2.
kitchen and bathroom is small but cosy and most important functional.
hope you like the equipment.
my roommate joy is very openminded and direct, so feel a very warm welcome.
me myself im out most of time for work reasons, but very , really very easy going and i look always for a solution to problems.
for interim usage (international students) rent charges do include all expenses, means electricity, energy, internet, radio fee is included.
one time payment is meant for the furniture i provide, in fact it is my old room and i did my best to make you feel comfortable like i felt.
In case you stay longer, we can find suitable solutions in financial terms.
running expenses for kitchen or cleaning o toilet paper we share equal, we are all in one boat.
WG/Zimmer:
Die ca. 75qm große 3er-WG (inkl. 2 Balkone) befindet sich im 4. Stock, in der die Räume wie Küche (inkl. Balkon), Bad und ein WG-Zimmer zur Innenhofseite und die 2 anderen WG-Zimmer (eins inkl. Balkon) zur Straße hin ausgerichtet sind. Das freiwerdende WG-Zimmer bietet mit ca. 16qm genügend Raum . Der Blick fällt dabei auf den Innenhof des Gebäudeensembles. Weil das Zimmer zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist, ist der Straßenverkehr kaum zu hören, begünstigt auch durch den neuen Fenstereinbau im vergangenen Jahr.
Lage
Eine Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür? Kein Problem, denn die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Gneisenaustraße (Richtung Innenstadt). Innerhalb kürzester Zeit lassen sich daher verschiedene Ziele erreichen. Mit Bus (Linie 14, 2, 275): 6 Minuten in die Innenstadt, 12 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Zu Fuß: 5 Minuten zur HochschuleRheinMain (a: Wiesbaden Business School) oder zum (b: Campus am Kurt-Schuhmacher-Ring). Der Campus (c: Unter den Eichen) lässt sich mit 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Dürerplatz und ca. 5 weitere Minuten mit dem Bus (Linie 3, 33) schnell erreichen.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich folgende Geschäfte: Apotheke, Hausarzt, Bäcker, Kiosk, Dönerläden, Pizzeria, Penny, Netto, Rewe, Sparkasse, Post (DHL und Hermes), Reinigung, Änderungsschneiderei etc. Der große Elsässer Platz und die umliegenden Straßen bieten dabei je nach Tageszeit gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Auch wenn man den ein oder anderen Shot oder Cocktail am Abend zu viel hatte, kann man problemlos in kurzer Zeit von der Innenstadt zu Fuß nach Hause laufen (erfahrungsgemäß 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt bis nach Hause). Das Taxi vom Hauptbahnhof kostet max. 15€, wenn mal keine Busse mehr fahren sollten. Durch die schnelle Anbindung zur FH als auch zum Bahnhof, bietet sich die WG nicht nur für Studenten, sondern auch für Berufstätige wie wir an.
WG-Leben
eine deiner beiden zukünftigen Mitbewohner ist gerade fertig mit studieren und berufstätig. In meiner Zeit in der WG war es stets ein nettes und respektvolles Miteinander gewesen und sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für mich. Sie wünscht sich eine/n nette/n, ruhige/n, aber dennoch aufgeschlossene/n Mitbewohner/in.
