Si tu cherches une coloc dans laquelle tu te se sentes bien, avec d'énormes espaces communs et privatifs (les colocs sans salon c'est pas un peu abusé ?), c'est ici que ça se passe !
Charles, Victoire, Damien et Aurélie finissent leur stage à l'ENA début avril. Ils quittent la coloc le 7 avril. Leurs 4 chambres sont dispo dès ce moment-là :)
L'appartement se trouve à la Montagne-Verte, l'un des seuls coins de Stras où écureuils et peupliers ont gagné la bataille la béton.
La piste cyclable qui t'emmène directement au centre-ville est juste à côté. Tu trouveras un superbe parc au bord de la rivière, c'est clairement là qu'on emmène ses Tinder date ;)
C'est une coloc 4 chambres de 104m2, dont plus de 45m2 d'espaces communs. L'appart est traversant est-ouest, comporte un balcon avec vue dégagée et sans aucun vis-à-vis, et 3 salles de bain.
Tu trouveras un arrêt de bus à 100 mètres, et tu pourras garer ta voiture directement dans la rue (stationnement gratuit).
Les charges de 50€ comprennent absolument tout, tu n'as pas un seul euro à ajouter, même pas pour l'assurance habitation :

The apartment is located in Montagne-Verte. The cycle lane that takes you directly to the city center is right next to the apartment. You'll find a beautiful park by the river, clearly the spot to take your Tinder dates ;)
It's a 4-bedroom shared apartment with 104m2, including over 45m2 of common spaces. The apartment is east-west facing, has a balcony with an unobstructed view and no overlooking buildings, and 3 bathrooms.
There's a bus stop 100 meters away, and you can park your car directly on the street (free parking).
The monthly charges of 50€ include absolutely everything; you don't have to add a single euro, not even for home insurance:
