Die Wohnung für maximal 6 Bewohner ist mit einem hochwertigen Boden, weißen Wänden und zwei modernen Bädern in schicker Optik mit Dusche und WC zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ausgestattet.
Die Zimmer beinhalten ein geräumiges Bett inkl. Bettzeug und Bettwäsche, einen offenen Kleiderschrank mit Kommode, Flachbild-TV, Nachttischablage, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl. Zusätzlich ist jedes Zimmer der Etage mit einem eigenen WLAN-Router ausgestattet.
In der WG gibt es einen komplett mit Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr eingerichteten, offenen Küchenbereich mit Elektroherd, Spülmaschine sowie Sitzgelegenheiten für die gemeinsame Nutzung aller Mitbewohner. Auch eine Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden.
Des Weiteren steht den Bewohnern ein großer Kühl-Gefrierschrank, sowie ein Münz-Waschtrockner zur Verfügung.
Die Bewohner teilen sich 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette.
Die Etage wird wöchentlich in den gemeinschaftlichen Bereichen professionell gereinigt.
The equipment of each room includes a spacious bed incl. bedding and linen, an open wardrobe, flat screen TV, bedside table, desk with chair.
In addition, each room on the floor is equipped with its own WIFI router.
In the shared flat there is an open kitchen area completely furnished with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils with electric cooker, dishwasher and seating for the common use of all flatmates. A microwave, kettle and coffee machine are also available.
Furthermore, a large fridge-freezer and a coin-operated washing machine/dryer are available to the residents.
The residents share 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The flat is professionally cleaned weekly in the common areas.
