Welcome to our friendly flat on the "schäl Sick".
Our flat is situated in a green area, very well connected to local and long-distance traffic.
From here you can reach the city centre with Cologne's landmarks in a few minutes by bus, S-Bahn, tram and e-bike.
It is only 4 stops to the trade fair.
Shopping facilities, sports and recreation facilities, E Bike station are all within walking distance.
You will occupy a bright room with bed, desk, wardrobe, dining table with chairs, additional cupboard, armchair, microwave, cooking facilities, complete with crockery and everything you need to prepare small meals, small coffee machine and small fridge.

The use of the washing machine is possible for a fee.
The flat has 86 sqm, which you share partly (bathroom, toilet and hallway) with me and my little cat, but you have your own room. As well as your own cooking facilities with small fridge, Microwave, Stove and appropriate accessories, such as pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc..
You are responsible for cleaning your room.
Fee-based cleaning of common areas every 14 days
I provide bed linen, but no towels.
The flat is located in the up-and-coming trendy district of Mülheim/( a very good infrastructure with shops for every need, varied gastronomy ,nightlife, very good sports facilities.

The flat is big but would get too crowded with more people, if you consider that I live there too. You can have friends over for a few hours if you arrange it with me well in advance please, but no overnight guests allowed.

Von hier aus erreichen Sie die Innenstadt mit Kölner Wahrzeichen in wenigen Minuten mit Bus ,SBahn oder Strassenbahn
Die Benutzung der Waschmaschine ist gebührenpflichtig möglich.
Die Wohnung hat 86 qm , die Sie sich teilweise (Bad,Toilette und Flur)mit mir und meinem kleinen Kater teilen, haben aber Ihr eigenes Zimmer. Sowie ihre eigene Kochmöglichkeit mit kleinem Kühlschrank,Microwelle und entsprechendem Zubehör,wie Töpfe ,Pfanne ,Geschirr,Besteck etc.,
Das Zimmer ist abschließbar.
Für die Reinigung Deines Zimmers bist Du selbst verantwortlich.
Gebührenpflichtige Reinigung der allgemeinen Räume alle 14 Tage
Ich stelle Bettwäsche zur Verfügung, allerdings keine Handtücher.
Die Wohnung liegt im aufstrebenden Szeneviertel Mülheim/( eine sehr gute Infrastruktur mit Geschäften für jeden Bedarf, abwechslungsreicher Gastronomie ,Nachtleben, sehr gute Sportmöglichkeiten.
