The tram stop "Melatengürtel" is about 1 minute away on foot. It is a maximum of 5-10 minutes' walk to the Stadtwald and 20 minutes' walk to Cologne University.
Aachener Straße is also in the immediate vicinity. The area around the flat offers a wide range of restaurants, cafés, gyms, bars, shops for daily needs (e.g. Rewe, Temma, Hit) and various medical facilities.
