Parking always available. Green environment in front of an athletic stadium (+ tennis courts), close to Josaphat Parc. Apartment & bedroom totally furnished (sheets incl.).
Monthly rent is 390€. Total monthly commodities of 90€ that represents:
- 45€ for fixed charges/commodities: fire insurance (no need to take your own fire insurance!!!), Internet, furniture, housecleaning (4h every other week) and the tenant legal heating maintenance.
- 65€ for variable charges/commodities: it is monthly warranty/provision for gas, water & electricity. A count will be calculated annually based on 6/20 of real & total consumption.
Rent is small because your 'nextdoor' flatemate - to reach his/her own bedroom - has to pass along your bedroom via & behind a curtain. This has been done for year with great respect. We never experienced any issue since 7 years.
You will share the Duplex with 2 others people, already in the house. We are looking for young full time day worker, quite, intercultural mix, sensibilised by footprint (energy saving, recycling...) and someone preserving the brand-new renovated house. We speak French, English, Spanish, Dutch...

Loyer mensuel 390€. Les charges mensuelles par personne sont de 110€ dont :
- 45€ pour les charges fixes : Assurance incendie locataire (pas besoin d’en prendre), internet, les meubles, l'entretien annuel obligatoire de la chaudière ainsi que la femme de ménage et les produits de nettoyage (4h tous les 15 jours).
- 65€ pour les charges variables de gaz, eau & électricité. Il s’agit d’une provision. Un décompte final basé sur 6/20eme de la consommation réelle totale sera fait annuellement.
Le loyer est modéré car le locataire de la chambre voisine doit passer par votre chambre pour rejoindre la sienne. Cela se fait derrière un rideau (cfr photos), dans le respect, et n’a jamais posé de souci depuis 7 ans.
Vous partagerez le duplex avec 2 autres personnes qui sont déjà dans la maison. Nous recherchons en priorité des jeunes travailleurs de jour à temps plein, calmes, la mixité culturelle et des personnes sensibilisées par notre empreinte écologique (chauffage modéré, recyclage...) et la préservation de la maison totalement rénovée. On parle Français, Anglais, Néerlandais, Espagnol...
- Chambre : 10 m2 meublée avec un lit individuel, une chaise, un bureau, une armoire, édredon, couverture, 1 paire de draps.
- Cuisine: 10 m2 (Micro-ondes, aspirateurs, fer à repasser, couverts, assiettes, plats et casseroles).
- Salon/Salle à manger: 20 m2 (entièrement meublé mais sans abonnement TV).
- Pièce séparée pour la machine à lessiver (pas de séchoir)
