The 3-floor building with 20 bedrooms, a triple glazing, and central heating with individual thermostatic valves. The offered room is equipped with a single bed. You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with other tenants on your floor.

The property is located in the heart of the Ixelles cemetery district, near the two main campuses of University of Bruxelles (ULB, Solbosch, and La Plaine) and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Many cafes, restaurants, and shops are all available nearby. In term of transportation, the location is well served by all means of transport to ease your move.
