We have one nice double room (N°2) to offer in the heart of BEUEL in a nice shared apartment.

OUR PROFILE
We designed a place for a new environment created for students, young professionals/interns, who want to spend a season in a beautiful WG in Beuel, specially made for you.
We offer a double room in a shared apartment. Only long-term rentals.
ROOM 3 (please see the floor plan). Located on the ground floor.
for one person. The double bedroom has 20 sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, commode, armchair, kitchen fully equipped, door lock, central heating, desk, and wifi internet.
The bathroom is shared with the other 2 rooms.
In the courtyard, there is a small fitness room available for all the flatmates.

We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.

Range age between 22 to 37 years old. International environment. Most of them are young professionals, some are students and others are doing internships.

All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.
Pets and smoking
Are not allowed on the property.
Registration (Anmeldung)
We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.

We make a temporary rental fortnightly contract . The provisions of this website can be applied for the management of payments.
