The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The living room is equipped with a full-serviced kitchen, a dining area and a cozy couch. Furthermore the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV .

Located in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town, the property come with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance.

Die Wohnung bietet 2,5 Zimmer und ist ca. 55 m2 groß, ideal für 2Personen. Die sehr helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt im 3. Stock (kein Aufzug, aber freies Training :D)
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Essbereich und einer gemütlichen Couch ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett und ein separates Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zum Telefonieren, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen .
