Our nice, spacious and cosy apartment was renovated in 2019 and is located in the first floor of a building complex. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. It is well equipped in order to provide you a comfortable and pleasant stay. Metro station "Megaro Mousikis" is just a 7 minute walk and nearby the apartment you have direct access in theaters, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, hospitals, super market e.t.c.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
