Please note that the duration of the contract is always 5, 6 or 11-12 months (1 semester, 2 semesters or the entire academic year). The monthly rent depends on the duration of your stay:
- 5 months for the 1st semester - from 1st September to 31st January: 745€ per month
- 6 months for the 2nd semester - from 1st February to 31st July or August: 735€ per month
- 11 months for the full academic year - from 1st September to 31st July: 725€ per month
- 12 months for the full academic year - from 1st September to 31st August: 695€ per month
