The apartment is located in the area of Iisia (central Athens) and you can gain access with the blue metro line from the stop "Megaro Mousikis" (direct connection to Syntagma and Athens airport). It is also served by several bus lines, opposite the apartment you can find the bus station.

It is a neighborhood where you can move around comfortably on foot. In terms of parking, you can park on the street, in the available parking spaces with white lines, or even in the private parking lots nearby.

Ilisia: is an area in the central part of Athens, with easy access to the metro within 5 minutes of walking distance. At the same place is located the well-kept, green, and sunny Eleftherias Park, which will tempt you to sit and enjoy your coffee or have a small picnic.

The Syntagma metro and the famous Syntagma square are only 2,4km away and you reach there by subway only 2 stops, by bus, or even on foot. The Lycabettus Hill is quite close and is one of the highest and prettiest spots to admire the Acropolis Hill and Athens panoramic view. You can easily walk there or use the funicular. Furthermore, the cosmopolitan Kolonaki, well-known for its world-wide famous boutiques, galleries, museums, etc. is a walking distance as well.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
