Guest access
The apartment is located in the area of Lycabettus and you can gain access with the blue metro line from the stop "Megaro Mousikis" (direct connection to Syntagma and Athens airport). It is also served by several bus lines and is directly opposite the US Embassy.

It is a neighborhood where you can move around comfortably on foot. In terms of parking, you can park on the street, in the available parking spaces with white lines or even in the private parking lots.

Other things to note
The apartment is semi- basement. However it has windows and direct sunlight.

In order to reach the apartment you will need climb some stairs.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
