Life happens here, there's always something new round the corner, you meet all kinds of interesting people here and you better watch out for doggy-do.. shit happens ;)

You find cafés, bars, restaurants, clubs und all kinds of shops..
Also a supermarket, bakery and the typical Berlin "Späti" (late night mini-market) are just around the corner.
On Boxhagener Platz every Saturday the weekly market takes place and on Sundays it's flee market.
The "Traveplatz" (a little park 2 minutes walk from the apartment) is a popular meeting place for families, sun lovers and ping-pong-players.

In meiner typisch Berliner Altbauwohnung mit Dielenböden und hohen Decken ist man mittendrin und hat doch seine Ruhe.
Die Lage ist perfekt: Am Rande des Szenekiez um den Boxhagener Platz/ Simon Dach-Strasse ist man abseits der Touristen-Horden und hat dennoch zahlreiche Bars, Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung in der 2. Etage des Vorderhauses ist 60qm groß und bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Sowohl für Singles und Paare geeignet.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Tisch zum Essen/Arbeiten, eine gemütliche Couch und einen Balkon zur Straße für sonnige Mittagsstunden.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (160x220) und einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet und liegt hofseitig, sodass es absolut ruhig ist.
Das Bad verfügt über ein Fenster und eine Badewanne.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allen notwenigen Geräten (Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Herd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine) und ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfen. Zudem steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.

Zur Ausstattung gehören auch W-LAN, Flachbild-TV, Stereoanlage und diverse Musikinstrumente, die gerne gespielt werden dürfen ;)

*** Die Nachbarschaft***
Friedrichshain ist das wahre Berlin!
Hier pulsiert das Leben, hier entsteht ständig neues und hier trifft man auf einen bunten Mix an Menschen, und wer nicht aufpasst tritt auch mal in einen Hundehaufen ;)
Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Clubs und Läden für Klamotten und allen möglichen Schnick-Schnack gibt es zahlreich. Auch ein Supermarkt, Bäcker und ein Spätkauf sind um die Ecke. Der Flohmarkt am Sonntag und Wochenmarkt am Samstag am Boxhagener Platz sind sehr beliebt sowohl bei Touristen als auch Berlinern.
Der Traveplatz (2 Minuten fussläufig) ist ein beliebter Treffpunkt für Familien, Sonnenanbeter und Tischtennisspieler.

Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist ideal.
500m entfernt ist der Verkehrsknotenpunkt Frankfurter Allee: U5 zum Alexanderplatz (15 Min), Ringbahn (S41, S42), Verbindung zum Flughafen BER (25min)
