Second floor flat, with lots of light and in good condition. Wooden floors, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom is tiled and also has a washing machine. Partly sea view. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped in each room, and has even a piano. The housing company completed in (hidden) a major renovation project, and all apartments have i.e. new bathrooms.
The housing company is located next to the sea, has its own private park, barbaque area and kids' playground and offers superb outdoor activities; jogging, swimming, biking, fishing etc. There is also a nature preserve area within 1 km. Very peaceful and beautiful environment. Rarely available. 100 meters to Otaniemi's shopping center (restaurants, bank, post office, pharmacy, stores etc). Metro stop as well as Raide-Jokeri city train are very close (50-200 meters) - public transportation could not be better!
