Ab dem 1. Mai stehen zwei miteinander verbundene Zimmer zur Verfügung, die über eine Schiebetür verbunden sind.
Das größere Zimmer ist 34,5 m2 groß, sehr geräumig und hell, mit hohen Decken und typischen Altbaudetails wie Stuckverzierungen und Fischgrätparkett. Das kleinere Zimmer ist 20,8 m2 groß und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon von ca. 8 m2. Zusammen bieten die beiden Räume rund 55 m2 private Wohnfläche – ideal nutzbar als Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer oder als großzügiges Wohn- und Schlafbereich.
Die Gesamtwohnung ist ca. 200 m2 groß und wird als WG genutzt. Küche, Bad und WC werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine stehen zur Verfügung.
Die Zimmer werden unmöbliert übergeben. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.

We are looking for someone to take over our sublet in a large shared Altbau apartment. At maximum, 2 individuals.
From May 1st, two connected private rooms will be available, joined by a sliding door.
The larger room is 34.5 m2 – spacious and bright, with the classic Altbau charm of high ceilings, ornate stucco mouldings, and herringbone parquet flooring. The smaller room is 20.8 m2 and comes with its own private balcony of approximately 8 m2. Together the two rooms offer around 55 m2 of private living space, ideal for use as a bedroom and a separate living or working room.
The apartment is approximately 200 m2 in total and is shared with other tenants. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared. A dishwasher and washing machine are available for communal use.
The rooms are offered unfurnished. Registration (Anmeldung) at this address is possible.
