We are renting out a room (February 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026) in our sunny penthouse shared apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg (690 € per month).
We’re looking for someone who is open-minded and communicative, but also respectful of personal space.
About the apartment:
• Penthouse with elevator, lots of natural light, and a balcony in every room
• Prime location: only 2 stops to Eberswalder Str. (M10) and 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz (M2). Everything you need is close by

We’re open, social, and love spontaneous cooking evenings with wine, museums, parks, dancing, clubs, and going out—basically the best Berlin has to offer. At the same time, we also value having our own space. We care about shared responsibility when it comes to organization and keeping the apartment clean.
