Your beautiful room is part of a 120 square meter apartment. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, one separate toilet, one living-kitchen room and a hallway.

The room has two large windows, a window sill and laminate flooring. The large windows make the room very bright.

The apartment has been completely renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is also available in the kitchen and can of course be used.

Your room is equipped with an Ikea Hemnes bed (extendable, laying space of 160x200cm), a wardrobe, a desk with a swivel chair and a table lamp.

We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

The rent including heating includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, washing and dishwashing liquid, internet and electricity.

We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.

We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not mandatory.

Shopping facilities 2 minutes walk away (Netto, LIDL, ALDI, DM, Edeka, Vollcorner, Alnatura, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), three minutes walk to the subway U2 (U2-Frankfurter Ring or U2-Milbertshofen) and from there about 8 minutes to the city center or 10 minutes to the Oympia shopping center. Parking spaces are right outside the front door, and there is also a bicycle cellar.
