Wir suchen einen Nachmieter/ eine Nachmieterin für unser 40qm Zimmer am Frankfurter Tor.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock (kein Fahrstuhl, aber es lohnt sich) eines Hinterhauses in der Rigaer Straße. Insgesamt sind es 170qm, mit großer offener Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich. Es gibt zwei Bäder mit jeweils Dusche und Badewanne. Das Highlight ist die 70qm Dachterrasse, mit Sommerwhirlpool und Außendusche sowie großem Sitzbereich.
Die U5 erreicht man in 4 Minuten zu Fuß, den Boxhagener Kiez in 10 Minuten. Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Späti quasi vor der Tür.

Das Zimmer ist sehr hell mit hoher Decke, schönem
Parkettboden, großer Südfensterfront und einem vollfunktionalen Kamin. Ein Bett inkl. Matratze (3 Jahre alt), eine Kommode, und Regale gibt es optional vom Vormieter dazu.

In der WG wohnen noch Lily (34) und Nina (32) gesprochen wird Deutsch und Englisch. Wir pflegen ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis und essen gern mal zusammen oder sind im Sommer zusammen auf der Terrasse. Wir sind aber auch alle Erwachsene Menschen, die viel Arbeiten, man kann entsprechend auch gerne sein Ding machen.

We’re looking for a new tenant for our 40sqm room in a shared flat close to Frankfurter Tor in Friedrichshain.

The Flat is the Penthouse on the 6th floor (no elevator, but you’ll get used to it) in a back house in Rigaer Straße. It’s overall 170qm with a big open kitchen with a cozy living- and dining room. There are two bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower. The highlight is the 70qm rooftop terrace with a summer whirlpool, a shower and a big seating area. You will reach the U-Bahn station Frankfurter Tor within 4 minutes, Boxhagener Kiez in 10. There are multiple Grocery stores and a Späti right around the corner.

The room itself is 40sqm with lots of light due to a southward-facing window wall and comes with a fully functional fire place. A bed, a drawer, and shelves can optionally be purchased from the previous tenant.

The roommates are Lily (34) and Nina (32), spoken languages are English and German. We like to hang out from time to time, having dinner or spending the summer nights on the Terrace, but we’re all busy with work, so it’s obviously fine to do your own thing.
