Your lovely room is part of a 90 sqm apartment. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet, a living-dining room and a hallway.

The room has three large windows and a parquet floor with a private balcony. The three windows make the room very bright. The room has one large and double bed (Ikea Hemnes, extendable, lying surface of 160cmx200cm), a wardrobe, a closet and a desk with a chair and a table lamp.

The apartment has been recently renovated - first occupancy after renovation. The new kitchen contains high-quality electrical appliances with an oven, induction hob, free-standing refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and built-in extractor hood.
The washer-dryer (washing machine + dryer) is also in the kitchen and can of course be used.

We don't have a cleaning schedule. But we do have a cleaning lady who cleans the apartment regularly. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

We imagine shared apartment life to be such that we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. This means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.

We are also happy to do other things together, such as sports, bike rides, jogging, beer garden, parties, etc. - but is not mandatory.

The apartment is located in a lively area of Munich's Maxvorstadt district. Several bus lines and the U1/U2 subway lines run right around the corner. Various restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, and doctors are within walking distance. Several green spaces and parks, gyms, bars, dry cleaners, and a fashion store are also within easy walking distance. The numerous green parks are within easy walking distance.
