Ich vermiete meine großzügige, helle 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung (ca. 86 m2) im 3. OG (ohne Aufzug) zur Untermiete an eine Einzelperson. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Raum zum Wohlfühlen:
* Großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, gemütlichem Sofa und Fernseher
* Schlafzimmer (ca. 15 m2) zum grünen Hinterhof, mit zwei großen Fenstern, hohen Decken und Altbauflair
* Möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderstange – du kannst es gern nach deinem Geschmack gestalten
* Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen und Spülmaschine
* Großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, separater Dusche, zwei Waschbecken und Waschmaschine
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und lichtdurchflutet. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist ruhig, angenehm und entspannt.
Wichtig:
Ein kleines drittes Zimmer nutze ich selbst gelegentlich – etwa alle 1- 2 Monate bin ich beruflich für wenige Nächte in Berlin. Ich bin dann tagsüber unterwegs und schlafe nur dort. Die Wohnung steht dir sonst allein zu Verfügung.

The apartment is very quiet and filled with natural light. The building community is calm, friendly, and relaxed.

Important:
There is a small third room that I occasionally use myself – around every 1–2 months, I’m in Berlin for a few nights for work. During those times, I’m out during the day and just sleep there. Other than that, the apartment is entirely yours.
