Your bright room has two large windows with a window sill. The room has laminate flooring and is very bright because of large windows. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life.

Your room has a double bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160x200 cm), 1 wardrobe and 1 desk with chair.

We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, internet, heating and water. There are therefore no additional costs for you.

Location: very quiet, in the countryside and in the middle of Schwabing.

Shopping facilities 5 minutes walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), two minutes walk to the bus stop / subway (U3/U6- Münchner Freiheit/Giselastr), and from there about 7 minutes to the city center or 8 minutes to the main train station.

Parking spaces are right outside the front door, and there is also a bicycle cellar. U2/U3-Münchner Freiheit/Giselastr are very close by. The English Garden is about 5 minutes walk away.
