The minimum rental period is 6 months.

The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet + GEZ fee).
The deposit is three months' rent.

Check-in is Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
Registration is possible.

Liability insurance is required for your stay and must be presented to us within 15 days of moving in. If you do not yet have liability insurance, we recommend WELST Assekuranz Consulting.
