My name is Konstantinos Kakosimos. I am 37 years old, single, a non-smoker, and I have no pets. I am a working professional and I have recently accepted a permanent position as HUB Control Manager with a maritime company in Rotterdam starting from 01-04-2026.

For the past four years I lived in Breda while working for Arvato. Due to internal company changes, I temporarily relocated to Krefeld in Germany for about one year. Now, with my new professional opportunity, I will be moving back to the Netherlands and settling in the Rotterdam area.

I am currently looking for a studio or apartment of at least 30 m² with a private bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. My rental budget is approximately:

€1,000–€1,100 cold rent

€1,200–€1,300 including utilities

My monthly income will be €3,100 net plus an average bonus of around €700 per month, and my employment contract is permanent.

I am a quiet and responsible tenant with a stable professional background. During the past five years I have always paid my rent on time and maintained a very good relationship with my landlords. If needed, I can provide:
