We provide the perfect foundation, and you make it your home. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed with high-quality furniture, including a desk, chair, bookshelves, bed, closet, mirror, curtains, and a coat rack. Your private kitchenette comes fully equipped with a built-in microwave with a grill function, a personal fridge with a freezer compartment, induction hobs, a kitchen hood, shelves, and a sink.

The modern bathroom features a shower cabin, toilet, washbasin, shelf, illuminated mirror, hooks, and a heated towel rail. To top it all off, high-speed internet ensures you stay connected, whether for work, study, or streaming your favorite content during cozy days indoors. SINGLE STUDIO:
Perfectly suited for independent living, our single studio offers everything you need for comfort and functionality. It features a private kitchen equipped with two induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, microwave, and sink. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, and convenient storage options.

The living space is furnished with a cozy 100 cm bed, a spacious desk for studying, a wardrobe, and ample storage to keep your belongings organized.
