Küche vorhanden, Balkon und Wäscheleine. Trotz der zentralen Lage doch ruhig, auch da die Wohnung im 2OG liegt. Man hört eigentlich keinen Verkehr mehr.

A beautiful furnished room is available in a 3-person shared apartment located on Helenenstraße in Wiesbaden. The apartment is in a very central location.
The room is about 15 m2 in size and therefore quite spacious, with high ceilings of around 3 meters, giving it a bright and open atmosphere. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
The monthly rent is a flat rate of €500 (warm rent) including heating, hot water, and electricity.
The apartment has a shared kitchen, a balcony, and a laundry line. Despite the very central location, the room is surprisingly quiet, especially since the apartment is on the second floor and traffic noise is hardly noticeable.
