The Salamanca neighborhood is one of the best areas of Madrid, for its good location, wide avenues and cool places that are in it.

The area is good and safe, in terms of entertainment and things to do mention that it has stores, restaurants, gyms, libraries and entertainment venues, all of them ideal to meet any of the needs of the tenant.

The apartment is large and bright (150 m2) and is fully furnished with all appliances and utensils necessary for living.

The apartment is to share, with a maximum of 6 roommates between 22 and 35 years old, all of them students or workers. The room is spacious, bright and cozy and as if that were not enough is brand new, in the same way as the rest of the apartment.

The amount also includes weekly cleaning of the common areas two days a week.

As for the expenses, are included and cover the following: electricity, water, internet and heating.
