Content and Value of the Service
Housingtarget.com is a digital information service (SaaS) that provides users with access to structured data about available rental properties in Europe. The Service is offered as an ongoing subscription without any binding period.
The Service consists of collecting, processing, and presenting housing listings from multiple external and internal sources. Through automated processes, market data is structured and made searchable in one unified platform.
As a paying user, you have access to the Service through a user account throughout the active subscription period, including:
- Continuously updated information about new rental properties
- The opportunity to discover rental properties shortly after publication
- A consolidated overview based on multiple different sources
- Redirection to the original source or contact details where available
The subscription is billed on an ongoing basis according to the prices stated at the time of purchase. The Service has no binding period and may be cancelled at any time. Access to the Service ends at the conclusion of the current billing period.
The user pays for access to the information service during the subscription period – not for a guarantee of finding or renting a property.
Housingtarget.com does not provide housing, act as a real estate broker, or serve as a party to rental agreements. The Service consists solely of collecting and presenting market data.
As the Service is based on third-party data, inaccuracies may occur, including delays in updates or removal of listings.
Housingtarget.com does not guarantee that users will find a property through the Service.
