This rental is only for students:
WIDE SINGLE ROOM IN BRAND-NEW APARTMENT CLOSE TO UNIVERSITY CAMPUS

The apartment is settled in Via San Massimo, at the corner with Via Falloppio, right opposite the Faculty of Medicine, in the city centre. It is made up of: 4 Single Rooms, among which one has A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH SHOWER, a fully-equipped kitchen, a wide Terrace, 1 Bathroom and Living Relax Entry Hall.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, opposite the Faculty of Medicine and behind the University Campus of the area called “Portello” and Via Marzolo, where all the University Faculties are settled. You can reach all of them in 2 minutes by bike.

The “Portello” zone is perfect for Young people and Students: here you can find many bars and pubs where young people go, but also several libraries, university canteens and Supermarkets PAM.

You can also move around the city with the public transportation: the bus stop is just in front of the apartment

-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
- All the expenses for the condominium
- Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

You will also have a chat group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything 😊

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
