The apartment, former home of the famous poet Giacomo Zanella, is located in a historical context; once used as a studio, it is developed as a ‘mezzanine’, a floor created in the difference in height between two main rooms of a building. Completed by high-quality finishes and designer furnishings.

The house is accessed through the majestic garden designed by Jappelli in the mid-19th century. Opening the door to the house, you find yourself in front of a splendid living room with exposed beams from the 1700s and modern works of art.

The living area, revitalised ad hoc thanks to the use of marmorino plaster, is a real gem and represents the beating heart of the apartment. Modern and very bright thanks to the two windows on the garden side, it has an open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room.

The living room has a beautiful wooden table where you can have lunch or dinner and a comfortable corner sofa with a latest-generation (4k) 55’ Samsung television,

The kitchen is of high quality and equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for your stay. It has a marble and stainless steel worktop. The peninsula creates the perfect environment for sharing and socialising.

There is a bathroom with a window, with all the usual facilities (toilet, bidet and sink) and a shower cubicle. Inside the bathroom there is also a washing machine and dryer for guests, with the relevant cleaning products. All the bathroom fixtures are wall-mounted, and the shower cubicle is fully glazed and very spacious. Next to the sink, guests will find a welcome kit (soap and shower gel).

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with memory foam pillows. There is: 1 wardrobe with four doors, 1 chest of drawers and two bedside tables with designer lamps.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed. This room also has: 1 wardrobe with four doors, 1 chest of drawers and two bedside tables with Kartell lamps.

All rooms have independent air conditioning. The apartment also has: 1 Rowenta iron, an ironing board and a drying rack.

- Check-in is possible from 15.00 hours.
- Access to the flat is by self-check-in. The guest can therefore arrive at the desired time.
- To enter the house, the guest will receive a link with which he can access the opening controls.
- Cars, mopeds, bicycles and scooters are not allowed in the garden. In case of non-compliance, the penalty is 150€.
