All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare can be found in the "Vaise" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. A lot of restaurants, public transports, shops are located nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely equipped and includes a large kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, kitchen ustensils, microwave, crockery, pans... It also has a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: electricity, housing insurance, water, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

A short glide through the Croix Rousse tunnel (dedicated to eco-friendly transport modes such as bikes, roller-skates and pedestrians) makes for easy riding to the Tête d'Or park, while the newly-renovated banks of the river Saône, ideal for running or a lovely afternoon stroll, allows an easy connection between the Hôtel de Ville and Vieux-Lyon neighbourhoods.
