I'm looking for someone (student only) to take over my contract at Mezzino Mayor Square Student Accommodation NCI Campus.
Dublin 1, D01 K6W2.
From December/January to June

* All utilities included (Wi-Fi too)
* Private room and bathroom - 14m2
* Kitchen/Living room shared with 5 other bedrooms
* Washing machine in the apartment in self-service
* Extras : 24/7 staff and CCTV, repair service available at all times
Just to clarify — I’m not the owner 😊. Like most student accommodations in Dublin, Mezzino Mayor Square only offers contracts from September to June, which can be a bit long for Erasmus or visiting students.
The only way to stay for just one semester is by finding someone to take over the remaining months.
